On Wednesday we made the 5-hour trek to Wenzhou where Niklas' orphanage is located. It was a fairly tiring trip to apply for Niklas' passport. Niklas was a real trooper considering that we were returning to the place he had just traveled by train from the day before. That night we were treated to dinner by the orphanage directors. The next day we went for a quick visit to the orphanage. Returning late in the afternoon to Hangzhou, we were pleasantly surprised that the rain had finally abated. We made a quick walk over to West Lake and ate dinner at McDonalds. Of course, this morning the rain returned ... hopefully tomorrow will allow another window for touring the lake.

Thanks for the photos. We are so looking forward to having all of you home and for Sheridan to make a new friend.
Keep us posted on the progress of your trip as we are all reading each post.
What an incredible story. Do you mind me showing some of this in church next Sunday the 22nd?

We're rejoicing with you in your journey. Love the pictures! Can't wait for Micah to meet Niklas.
Wow! Congratulations! We're a bit late tuning in, but are thrilled that you've united with Niklas. He looks happy.
How wonderful that you got a chance to visit Beijing beforehand! I think we took the same tour of the Great Wall and the Cloissone factory in '93!
Can't wait to see more pictures (and videos)!
Does he always smile? Can't wait for all of you to come home.
Andrew is very interested in your journey and has asked lots of questions. Can't wait for them to meet.
